RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange within 30 days, subject to the following conditions: 

  • All footwear must be unworn in their original condition and original packaging (including dust bags, shoe fillers and shoe box)
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
    We strongly suggest using a pre-paid tracking service as HAON Studio is not responsible for any lost returns.
  • Sale items are non-refundable and can only be returned for a store credit. 

To arrange a return, please email hello@haonstudio.com with your order number and we will provide you with a returns form. The returns form will need to be completed and included with your return parcel. 

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days once received. HAON Studio reserves the right to deny any refunds or exchanges if the items do not meet the above requirements. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

We apologise if your order is not in perfect condition. Please send photos and your proof of purchase to hello@haonstudio.com.
